Pocket Vault — Owner's Guide
Everything you need to set up, track, secure, and (someday) resell your vault.
What is a Pocket Vault?
Your Pocket Vault is three things in one device:
🃏 A PSA-graded collectible slab — a professionally authenticated, tamper-sealed card.
⚡ A cold-storage crypto wallet preloaded with ⚡ARAYA Energy coin (and it can hold any Solana token).
📟 A live display + GPS tracker that shows the real-time value of the slab and the wallet, and lets you locate the vault from anywhere.
The device is powered by a Heltec V4. It shows your vault's live value and can be tracked from your online dashboard.
1Turn it on & connect WiFi
- Plug the Pocket Vault into any USB power source. The screen lights up with a bouncing Poké Ball.
- On first power-up it creates its own WiFi network. On your phone, open WiFi settings and join “PocketVault-Setup”.
- A setup page opens automatically. Pick your home WiFi and enter its password. That's it — leave everything else as-is.
- Within seconds the vault shows live data: the coin price chart, PSA slab value, your wallet balance, GPS, and the total vault value. Press the side button to cycle screens.
💡 The vault updates itself automatically from the cloud — no computer or app needed to keep it running. Just keep it on WiFi.
🛰 GPS tip: the first location lock needs a few minutes with a clear view of the sky. Indoors, the map will still show an approximate location from your network.
2Set up your online dashboard
Your dashboard shows every vault you own — live value, full wallet holdings, and location — from any phone or computer.
- Go to your Pocket Vault Dashboard (link below).
- Click “New here? Create account” and sign up with the same email address you used to purchase. This is important — access to your vault is tied to that email.
- Confirm your email if asked, then sign in. Your Pocket Vault appears automatically with its live value, holdings, GPS location, and device status.

⚠️ Use the exact email from your purchase. If your vault doesn't appear within a day of buying, contact us — we may need to link your email.
3Your private key & the 30-day hold
Your vault's crypto is in a real cold-storage Solana wallet. For everyone's protection, the private key is held in secure escrow for the first 30 days after purchase.
🔒 Why the 30-day hold? It keeps the ⚡ARAYA Energy backing stable and protects the value of every vault. During the hold you fully own the vault and can see everything live — you just can't move the coins yet.
- For the first 30 days, watch your vault grow on the dashboard. Your card shows a countdown: “Key unlockable in N days.”
- After 30 days, a “Request My Key” button appears on your vault card. Click it.
- We verify your ownership and securely deliver your wallet's private key to you. You then take full self-custody (next section).
🔐 We always keep a backup. We retain the recovery seed phrase for every wallet safely, so a vault can always be recovered if a key is ever lost. Your private key is delivered only to you, only after the hold, only through the dashboard request.
4Take custody with Solflare
Once you receive your private key, import the wallet into Solflare — a trusted, free Solana wallet — so you control it directly.
- Download Solflare — the app (iOS/Android) or browser extension — from solflare.com. Only use the official site.
- Open Solflare → “Add / Import Wallet” → “Import a private key.”
- Paste the private key we delivered to you. Your Pocket Vault wallet — with all its coins — now appears in Solflare, fully under your control.
- You're done. Your vault keeps showing the live balance automatically; anything you add to the wallet shows up on the device and dashboard within seconds.
⚠️ Never share your private key or seed phrase with anyone. No one from Pocket Vault will ever ask for it. Anyone who has it controls the funds. Store it offline and private.
🛡️ Extra security (optional): for maximum safety you can create a brand-new wallet in Solflare and move your assets into it, so only you have ever seen that key.
5Selling or gifting your Pocket Vault
If you ever pass your vault to someone else, transfer ownership properly and securely so the new owner gets dashboard access — and you don't.
- On your dashboard, open the vault and click “Transfer ⇄”. Enter the new owner's email address.
- You'll get an 8-character transfer code. Give the new owner this code and a copy of this guide.
- The new owner signs up on the dashboard with that email, enters the code under “Claim a Vault Transfer,” and access instantly moves to them. Your access is removed automatically.
- Hand over the crypto too:
• If you have not taken the private key yet (still within the hold, or you never requested it): the new owner simply requests their key from us after their own 30-day period — nothing else to do.
• If you already have the private key: for real security, create a fresh wallet, move the assets to the buyer's address they give you, or securely hand over the key in person. Never send a private key over text, email, or chat.
⚠️ Selling the physical device without transferring dashboard ownership means the new owner can't track it and you still can. Always do the transfer step.
6List your vault for sale in our shop
Want to sell? You can list your Pocket Vault in our dedicated marketplace in one click — priced live and shown alongside its true breakdown.
- On your dashboard vault card, click “🛒 List for Sale.”
- Set your asking price. We suggest a fair number based on the live slab value + coin value + build cost, but the price is yours to choose.
- Your vault appears in the Pocket Vault Shop showing the live slab value, live coin value, a full cost breakdown, and how your price compares to the market estimate — so buyers see real value.
- When it sells, complete the ownership transfer (Section 5) to hand it off cleanly.
- Changed your mind? Click “Unlist” anytime to pull it from the shop.
