Generate a transfer authorization token that proves the current owner controls the vault. Present this token and the new owner's Solana address to PokéDollar Vault to record the on-chain ownership change.
If the HW RNG token is lost or compromised, generate a new one to re-derive the wallet seed. The PSA cert and Node ID remain unchanged — only the one-time RNG token rotates. Record and store the new token offline immediately.
